Please read carefully before participating in a sound healing session.

4. HEARING AIDS: please remove before using the tuning fork, especially when working on the head and face

Sound healing is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. While it can be beneficial for many, it may not be suitable for everyone. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any sound healing session, especially if you have any underlying health conditions, are pregnant, or wear a medical device.

While sound healing is generally safe, individual reactions may vary. It is possible to experience physical or emotional reactions during or after a session. These may include feelings of deep relaxation, emotional release, or physical sensations. If you experience any discomfort or adverse reactions, please inform your practitioner immediately.

Sound Healing Waiver

By participating in this sound healing session, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Understanding of Sound Healing: I understand that sound healing is not a medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this sound healing session, including any physical or emotional reactions.

3. Release of Liability: I release the sound healing practitioner and any affiliated parties from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after the session.

4. Confidentiality: I understand that any information shared during the session will be kept confidential.

You hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge your Sound Practitioner or Coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit action, demand, or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions by yourself or by your Sound Practitioner or Coach as a result of the advice given by your Coach or sound healing experience.
You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to you to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

All sessions are scheduled in advance, with direct agreement between you and your practitioner. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled session you are fully responsible for informing your practitioner and arranging an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise, the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive a reply) via email.

Current fees are stipulated on the website and made clear at the time of booking. Harmonics Of Life reserves the right to change these from time to time. Any payments for sessions paid in advance are honored even if prices have risen between the point of booking and the time of the session.

Fees can be paid online by debit or credit card or by PayPal. Alternatively, payments by standing order or by bank transfer may be made by mutual agreement.
Receipts and/or invoices are available, and when the client requests receipts, they will be sent by e-mail.
Fees are payable in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received in advance of a session, Harmonics Of Life is not obliged to provide the session.

All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by email to info@ambitiouswe.com. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date on which the cancellation is received. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for no-shows.

By entering into an Agreement either through signing the Agreement or paying any amount to your Harmonics Of Life Practitioner, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
