Nature of Services

Harmonics of Life provides holistic wellness services including Sound Healing, Vibrational Therapy, Tuning Fork Therapy, Reiki, Harmonic Reset Experience (Vibroacoustic Therapy), educational workshops, and other complementary wellness services.

These services are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, nervous system regulation, personal wellness, and overall well-being.

Services provided by Harmonics of Life are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

Client Responsibility

By booking a session, class, workshop, package, or event, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and accept full responsibility for your health and well-being.

You agree to inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, implanted devices, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect your participation.

Harmonic Reset Experience (Vibroacoustic Bed)

The Harmonic Reset Experience uses sound frequencies and vibroacoustic stimulation designed to promote relaxation and wellness.

The Harmonic Reset Experience is NOT recommended for:

Pregnancy
Active blood clots or thrombosis
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Acute infections
Acute inflammation
Recent fractures
Any condition where vibration therapy is medically contraindicated
A pacemaker or implanted medical device

Please consult your physician before participating if you have:

Serious cardiovascular conditions
Recent surgery
Severe osteoporosis
Metal implants or medical hardware
Neurological conditions
Sensitivity to sound or vibration
Any serious medical condition

Participation is voluntary. If you experience discomfort, dizziness, pain, or any adverse reaction during a session, you should immediately notify your practitioner.

Harmonics of Life reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any session if participation may not be appropriate for a client's health, safety, or well-being.

Sound Healing & Tuning Fork Precautions

Please notify your practitioner before your session if you have:

A pacemaker or implanted medical device
Metal implants or replacement joints
Hearing aids
Neurological conditions
Severe medical conditions
Pregnancy

Clients with hearing aids may be asked to remove them during portions of a session involving tuning forks.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that holistic wellness services may involve physical sensations, emotional responses, deep relaxation, temporary discomfort, or emotional release.

I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation and acknowledge that individual results may vary.

Release of Liability

By participating in services provided by Harmonics of Life, I voluntarily release and hold harmless Harmonics of Life, Kateryna Armenta, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, actions, or causes of action arising from participation in services, except where prohibited by law.

Confidentiality

Information shared during private sessions will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Session Fees

Fees are listed on the Harmonics of Life website and are subject to change without notice.

Any session already purchased or booked at a previously advertised rate will be honored.

Package Policies

Healing Journey Packages

Packages are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable.
Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.
Unused sessions expire after the package expiration date.

Harmonic Reset Founder Package

Includes three 30-minute Harmonic Reset sessions.
Package price: $165.
Non-refundable.
Non-transferable.
Sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.
Founder pricing may be discontinued at any time.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Harmonics of Life reserves the right to refuse service if payment has not been received.

Refund Policy

All services, packages, workshops, events, and memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
