30 Days of Transformative Holistic Healing – Guided Journey

Service Description

A small guided group experience based on the book 30 Days of Transformative Holistic Healing. Together we will walk through the healing journey — not alone, but in a supportive circle. Throughout the month of April, we will gather every Saturday morning to reflect, share insights, and practice some of the healing tools introduced in the book. Each gathering will include: • Signed copy of 30 Days of Transformative Holistic Healing book • Opening cacao ceremony to connect with the heart and intention • Group reflections on the chapters read during the week • Discussion about what resonated and what challenged us • Guided practices from the book such as breathwork, awareness exercises, or energy balancing • Space to share experiences and support one another It is a shared healing journey. A small group of 10–15 participants will move through the month together, exploring how the practices from the book can be applied in real life.
