Service Description

A Sound Bath is an immersive experience designed to nurture your mind and body through sound. Participants usually begin by lying down or sitting comfortably, often using a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided breath awareness, a series of sounds and frequencies are introduced in succession. These sounds are produced by a range of overtone-emitting instruments, including tuning forks, gongs, a shruti box, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and vocalizations.
